Grant backs Chalmers to succeed

"Lewis is a tenacious midfielder and he wears his heart on his sleeve," Grant told BBC Oxford.

"He is a box-to-box player and he isn't shy to let his team-mates know what he is thinking. He will do really well."

Grant added: "It won't be difficult because Lewis has played with a few of the lads before.

"The rest of the lads he will have played against, so he has a feeling for them already."
