Oxford United boss Chris Wilder says he needs to address his side's inability to convert penalties.Adam Chapman scored against Rushden with a spot-kick, but earlier James Constable missed a penalty - his third failure from the spot this season.
"We have a decision to make now. I want centre forwards to score goals and penalties are part of that," Wilder told BBC Oxford.
"He (Constable) has missed a couple so we will have to look at that."
Fellow strikers Matt Green and Jack Midson have also missed penalties for the U's during this campaign.
