Damien is a right back who can also play as a wing back. He began his career at Norwich as a youth player before a short spell at Dagenham & Redbridge earnt him a successful spell at Barnet where he won the conference title. However after falling down the pecking order he had numerous spells in the conference at St. Albans, Stevenage and Grays before signing for Chris Wilders side in January 2009.

Damien signed a 2 year contract in the summer after becoming a regular in the side.
